 Need advice please!
Hi, i have 4 yorkies. 3 males and 1 female. Just recently one of my males attacking my smallest male. He doesn't do it to any of the others, just the smallest one. It been happening for a while but now its getting worse. They just cannot get along at all. Even when i have them crated, they will growl at each other through the crates. Yesterday was the worst that i have ever seen. Chico attacked little bit and absolutely would not turn loose of him. It scared me so bad. I kept them separated for a while after that, then last night i decided to try it again. He went at him again. I have tried everything and nothing works. None of them are neutered. Do you think it would help if i had them neutered? Someone told me that it makes them more aggessive after being neutered...is this true? I don't know what to do. I don't want to rehome Chico but if it doesn't get any better i might have to. By the way, these two dogs are dad and son. The son always attacking the dad. If anybody has any suggestions please let me know.... I won't be on today because my son is getting married but will read comments tonight. Thanks in advance. If i can't come up with a solution to this problem, i just may have to rehome him. Thanks in advance! |
