I've never gone to that doctor or hospital. When we got Ella, I wanted a vet that would understand you don't treat a 5-pound Yorkie like you do a 50-pound lab. We ended up finding a vet at Griffith Small Animal Hospital, Dr. Miner (they work with bigger dogs, too). She impressed me when she said that after the first year's shots, she titers--it means she tests their blood and only gives them the vaccinations that they need based on the antibodies in their blood. The other vets and vet techs are also really nice. |
