I, too am waiting for my little guys ears to stand. He's a bit younger than yours though. The thickness of the ears are what allows them to stand or not and thicker ears just don't stand usually. I've heard that after 4-5 months if they aren't standing, they never will. Ask your vet if in doubt. I would try taping a few times and see if it works. I'm giving Bailey another week and if they don't start standing, I'm taping
