Wisp
Wisps remind me of the little eyeshadow applicators. They're there very small toothbrush like things with a tiny head. They are meant to be easily portable and are for oral hygiene on the go. They remind me a lot of the listerine strip craze years ago. Pretty much made to allow you to brush/freshen your breath on the go while minimizing how much you have to carry. Not sure how well they work but they are a neat concept.
Never would have thought about using the tip with the dogs though, great idea!
