ok maybe it isn't. At first glance I thought it was black and yellow. Most likely still harmless. I am more scared of the ones that hide and nest, not the orb weavers. If it doesn't have a red hourglass on it and isn't a wolf spider or brown recluse, I wouldn't worry. Of course you probably aren't in michigan, so I don't know what kind of venomous spiders you have there, lol.
