Ok, after reading this, I was hoping I could get some opinions on my Roscoe. I got him from a man that didn't want him anymore and have been trying to get his skin and hair in shape. He gave me some NKC papers, but I have never had a purebred dog and dont know if that is for sure or not. He weighs almost 10 punds.
