My Lexi does the same thing but no barking. She is 9 mos old. I walk over to the pen and tell her its ok. Then I walk away and ignore her. Sometimes she is still up on the side of the pen but it stops the jumping. Then I will ask her to sit before I open the door to the pen. Then I love her up!!!!!!
She does still go crazy when my DH comes home and she knows she is not suppose to jump on him, so she jumps in the air. It is crazy funny. He ignores her jumping and eventually after following him all over the house jumping she gives up. The he tells her to sit and loves her up! Yorkies love to jump!
