I just heard from the surgeon and unfortunately his elbow is fractured. The surgeon is putting him under anesthesia now and doing better x-rays to find the best way for surgery. He'll be in surgery as soon. At this point, we don't even care what the costs are, we just want our little guy healthy again. I'm breaking down so much right now, I keep running through my head how incompetent of a mom I was leaving him on the bed alone. It doesn't make sense to me. He's such a sturdy little guy, or so I thought. We even have pet stairs because our bed is about 4 1/2 feet high. It's just such a sad day. I'm just really hurting and am so thankful that I have you all here.
I'm so sorry to what you went through with Maddox. He looks like such a sweet baby. Hopefully, my little guy with have just as successful of a recovery. Thank you all for being so helpful. It really does help. |
