lol Baby was the same way with me. We brought her home at 19 weeks old and it was about 9 days that it finally clicked for her that this was her permant house

What really helped was when I would leave the room or the house, I would look at her and tell her "mommy will be back". After a few days she knew what it meant and would not "freak out" when she couldn't see me. The hardest was at night until I finally gave in and let her sleep in the bed with us. (I was afraid she was still too small so she slept in a baby portable play pen next to the bed) I work from the house 97 percent of the time but on the days I go into the office, she still makes rounds around the house looking for me!
