Hi, I wanted to suggest you post this in a separate thread so it doesn't get lost. People can give you good suggestions there.
For biting:
- First make sure it is play biting, not real aggression. If it's real aggression, the puppy is probably in pain. Most likely it is overly rambunctious play.
- Make sure the dog has good chew toys and redirect him to those.
- I have one more negative reinforcer that hasn't been mentioned - when he bites you, roll his lip over his teeth, so he gets a sense of exactly how sharp his teeth are. The good thing about this is hard bites result in hard (self) corrections, and soft bites are mild.
