My first Yorkie was purchased eight years ago from a pet store (didn't know about the puppy mill thing) Anyway, he had one floppy ear, that's actually what attracted me to him in the first place.Especially if he was tired, just the one would flop down. I kept it trimmed, and in about a year they both were erect and stayed that way ever since. I have heard of people taping the ears to get them to stand up, but I never did.
