In answer to your question, I've had female dogs that were never spayed, or bred, for that matter, and it is a bit of a mess, and you'll just have to keep them on a washable surface for about 3 weeks...I've never tried the diaper thing, and I've found myself mopping the tile floor, daily, 'till it's all over...If you do have them on carpet, and you can catch the red spots pretty soon after they happen, you can take a cold water cloth and scrub each spot, as it happens, but you'll have to be vigilent in watching for the spots...They probably have cleaners now that I'm not aware of...I know I always had my carpets shampood, after a heat, and never had any problems...Hope this gives you somewhat of an answer to your question.... |
