My previous answer was not quite correct. If you bought the type where you add your own raw meat, then I would think The Honest Kitchen would definitely be qualified as raw.
You mentioned earlier that she was eating raw ground beef just fine last night? I bet she'd also eat it mixed with the HK packets!!!
