I know in the xray the pups head was up by the ribs so I think it's trying to turn. I sure don't want a breach. Do these contractions always last this long. I started noticing them about 3:00 yesterday. She does not look like they are hurting her, she's uncomfortable but not destressed. Her temp has dropped also, it was 98.3 at 3am. So that's the latest from Texas She is resting so I guess I'll do the same. Back in a few..............
Well you're right about those contractions working the puppy into the birth canal/position. Head first is nice, but breach/butt first is pretty normal also, My female had two that way without too much extra effort. As long as Bella is not in distress, it sounds as if things are progressing normally. Good luck........I'll try to sneak a peak on how things are going while I'm at work today.
