Don't worry about the bed issue. Dogs have no sense of ownership and it is almost impossible to keep them from using each other's things. Don't worry about it. If you try and enforce their ownership of things, it could upset them and cause tension.

Just let it be. They will sort themselves out. If she needs a place to take refuge, she will find one, believe me. Like Cash knows that June can't get on the couch, so he gets on the couch if he wants to get away from her.

One more thing: Your older yorkie will teach the baby his manners, so if she snaps and snarls, don't get upset. If you are upset, they will be upset. Puppies can be very irritating for adult dogs, so if she puts him in his place every so often, good for her!
