I have Momo's body cut short & leave his legs, tail & face long. He has a very thick, cottony, tangles easily fur & this cut will keep him cool during the hot months.
Why don't you try growing her hair longer & see if that works out w/her active life style. If it does...great (you might need to brush her more often, but that's ok, cuz she likes brushing). If it doesn't, then she can go get a stylish haircut.
