I've flown with Cocoa quite often down to MS. She is a very quiet doggie. As suggested make sure that you have a little blanket along because it seems as if there is always a draft from the air conditioning. It is against the rules to take your baby out of its carrier and I wouldn't recommend it, but I have done it when Cocoa has started to get upset and anxious. (She's a 3 lb. fearful puppy mill doggie). Put her under my coat on my lap. She is always quiet as a mouse and doesn't move. It wouldn't have worked with any of my others. When I've had long lay-overs, I have found corners where no one is and taken Cocoa out, put a leash on and let her move around a little in a very small space with me sitting on the floor with her. Just to stretch.
