Well the problem is back... and it is worse. We are keeping the hair pulled out, but it isn't helping this time. Last time it was mainly her droopy ear but this time it is both.

I am constantly cleaning them out and putting neosporin on them. It seems as if the poor things ears are on fire. She just walks around shaking her head.

I am thinking that maybe it is allergies, but I am not sure, I know she doesn't have ear mites, so I am kinda at a loss.

SO what do you all think? What should I do?
Sounds like she has a major ear infection. Neosporin won't work. You need Otomax and can only be obtained from the vet. Does your ear cleaner have a drying agent in it. You may only be adding to the problem by using a cleaning agent without a drying agent. Get her to the vet, ear problems can lead to other problems.
