I'm absolutely no help here ...
I feed Addie Honey Nut Cheerios every once in a while when I'm snacking on them and she seems to like them. I've never noticed any bad side effects. I can't imagine they would be bad for a pup unless you fed them tons and tons. I would think since they're made from grains it's okay.
It's probably not the best treat because most processed foods aren't great for dogs, but I'm not sure if they're bad.
Hopefully someone else is actually helpful!
ETA: Oh good. I'm glad someone else posted. I'd hate for anyone to rely only on my advice!
