I read in another forum that when circulation stops to that area due to knots too tight the hair won't grow anymore. But I could had swore I was doing it right.. Now I am paying dupper supper extra attention to it when I do it.
I give my Yorkie those ringworm pills (once a month).. so i don't' think is that. However, I will take her to the Vet just to make sure... and I don't see any flaky skin anywhere.
I'll sure keep you posted.
Any other advice someone?
