My dog gets 1/4 cup twice a day. He gets Innova EVO which is really rich so I think you don't have to feed as much. I don't think you need to worry about how much she eats. Feed her as much as she wants, she is a puppy after all. It's probably best to feed her three times a day anyways.
Science diet is a terrible food. Check out dogfoodanalysis.com and go to reviews. You want to be feeding a higher quality food.
