Hi Everyone,

I am having a BIG problem with my 10 month old, Millie. She refuses to come on command. We have worked on this since she was 12 weeks old. She will play along when we are training and she is on a lead, but the second she is on her own, that is it, she values being free more than loves, toys, and treats. It is also annoying when I reach out to pet her she jumps, like she has been alarmed, and takes off to just out of reach. I need help with this problem before we run into a dangerous situation.

Does anyone have some advice?
