My boys' manhood will sometimes be out for awhile, usually it's after they've been w/ their stuffed lover dog. A few times, we had to help Marcel bc his was stuck out. If your baby's doesn't go back in, then I would go to the vet bc it can be dangerous if it continues to stick out and can cut off circulation if it is too far out. Is it just the little tip part of it? You can try putting some water on the area, and see if it will pull back in (may take a few minutes) and you could also use vaseline if more than the tip is stuck out (and "swollen").
