You could try a little vinegar rinse after you bathe her. 1/4 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar to 3 cups of warm water (you don't have to use it all. I'm sure the dog is small). After you bathe her pour the rinse over her and then just lightly rinse her off. It's good as a deorderizer, kills fleas and ticks, skin allergies etc. Plus it's natural. Try not to get it into her eyes it could burn a little.
