Nutrical will spike her blood sugar temporarily, but the sweet old girl needs to eat something solid. Have you tried boiling some chicken breast and rice and giving her that? Most dogs can't resist it. It would give her some much needed protein and carbs so she can keep her strength up.
Has she been checked by your vet and had bloodwork to rule out any physical reason for not wanting to eat?
These seniors need a lot of TLC and vet visits to keep them going. My Lady will be 14 in a few months and I spend a lot of time and money at my vet's office! We went to the vet school twice last week.
