Awww, sweetie, don't cry, FIGHT! I have had two reductions and it's totally worth it. I self-paid, so I didn't have to go through the insurance bull, but I would have if I had it!

BIG hugs!!! I know how embarrassing and awful big boobies can be, and how painful. Get together all of your med records showing all the things you've tried, regarding your back pain, that is a start right there!
