During the Reagan years, which is probably before your time; during his inauguration the police rounded up all the homeless and mentaly challenged who were out living on the streets and jailed them so that the visiting dignitaries would not see them. It was extremely disturbing for all of us who lived in D.C. They should have been cared for properly. |
Thats sad...i would have kept talking to him if i could...just cause i feel bad for many old people that are lonely and have no one to talk to but i couldnt.
