Nothing to do with her ears drooping. It does have alot to do with the ears not being cleaned with a good ear cleaning solution with a drying agent. Try Vet Solutions, can be purchased through animalrevival.com Did your vet check for hair in the ear canals? Hair in the canal traps moisture, which can lead to a yeast infection.
