[peanut's mom]

I took my 3 month old pup to the vet to recieve her vaccanations the vet refused because when he pinched her throat. My question is this should i get a second opion he described the cough as possibly being from her dry food or larangytis. Has anyone else ever experinced any thing like this should i be worried .
