I just went through this with Emily. I wipe her ears every day so I knew there wasn't the kind of infection I've seen before. The vet checked her ears and found a few yeast cells. She put her on Panalog ointment for 10-14 days. She seems better now. I'm wondering if it's because her ears droop down. Maybe when I wipe them with a damp cloth, moisture gets trapped in them.
