Here's a website for a spay/nueter clinic in Ventura:

Cost is total $80.00 for nueter/and microchip. My girlfriend had her female done there and was very satisfied. But, you do have a 2 month waiting list. The only problem with taking them to a spay/nueter clinic is that if your pup has baby teeth to be pulled you'll have to take them to a regular vet for that procedure.....
