First of all it would be better if the breeder of your female pup could keep her at least a couple more weeks. If that is not possible then my advise is to setup a x-pen for the puppy or a separate area so you can keep them separated when not under close supervision. Most males would readily accept a puppy and be somewhat tolerate of a puppy but it really depends on the personality of the male and the puppy. Keep in mind that if you are trying to grow show coat that a puppy can really tear up another dogs coat just playing. Mainly the topknot gets attacked. We would love to see pictures when you have time.
