Was the Ceasars a new food for him? If yes, then it could definitely exacerbate his diarrhea. Make sure the vet checks once again for giardia bc it often takes several samples/tests to find the giardia under scope.
What foods are you feeding him? Is his appetite still good? It may be helpful to switch him to a very simple food like duck/potato or something...but it's hard to say if that'd even help without knowing for sure what's going on.
Wasn't he just dewormed?
