I have a mac and do the same as lesly carol. But, I print my favorite ones and 3 hole punch them, put them in a plastic sleeve (got them at Walmart) and then put the recipes in a 3 ring binder. I use separating dividers with tabs for categories, e.g., soup, chicken, salad, desserts, etc.
When I use one of them, I can just open the binder, take it out and have it on the counter to follow. The plastic sleeve keeps it from getting wet (I'm a messy cook).
