Between midnight and 2 am generally. My husband goes to bed between 9 and 10 and boodah follows him. Gracie and I wander from TV to computer till about 2 and when I'm lucky I fall asleep around 2 and sleep till 6. Unless I have had a very, physical day I rarely can sleep more than a few hours at a time........... Guess that means I should do more, huh?
