Hold it on Topknotchpups in South Jersey. I contacted the owner about a Shorkie. I asked if the parents were tested? Her answer some are some aren't. I asked if I could come and see the parents. Answer, no. Because they don't live with her they live with different family members and she can't impose on them by having people go there to see the parents. That was enough for me.
I did ask other questions, did not like any of the answers.
