wow...that is sooo sad. I had a friend that owned a pet store and she did sell animals and I remember her cleaning those cages every morning and afternoon. She would keep the feces and urine cleaned up too. She said she didn't want to be known for not taking care of her animals. On Christmas Eve she didn't want her puppies to be in a cage on Christmas and called up a few of her personal friends and we puppy sat on Christmas.... we had 3 little fur babies.... it was an awesome morning. Too bad more places cant be like that.... maybe you can report it to the better business beuro.
