You could try to sell it for parts to your local tech shop or something.... But I see what you mean about not being able to delete your personal stuff... HMMMMM maybe go to a tech/ repair computer store and have them erase or destroy your hard drive for you and then you could just throw it away......good luck sorry I couldnt help more.
