Sometimes after a dog has been sick with diarrhea it takes them awhile to get back to normal. I recommend you get some pure canned pumpkin and give her a teaspoon twice a day until she gets back to normal. You can add a tiny bit of karo syrup to it if she does not like the taste. Pumpkin is full of fiber and it works for both constipation and diarrhea. Once you open the can of pumpkin, whatever you have not used after a couple of days you can freeze. Just drop some on wax paper on a cookie sheet and put in freezer then after it freezes just put it in ziplock bags for later use. |
