I have never had a nursing pup get constipated but once you start introducing them to solid food sometimes they can get constipated and I just add a little karo syrup to soften their stools. | I know the moms eat it, and people usually would never see it, that's why I was wondering what people who stimulated saw, since most wouldn't see what mom made come out. That's a very confusing sentence! They they never pooped when we stimulated them either; they would only go after the enema. Now that she's doing it herself, I can see she is mainly licking their tummy, and not so much their tail (thank Goodness), so I can watch their tail area, and don't see anything. I guess I shouldn't worry about it, b/c it looks normal, and soon when they're able to go on their own, it should all work out.
Thank you for your help.
