Tia went through something similar a couple of months back. I just couldn't figure it out, she loved her crate before.She just didn't want to go in it.
Then I heard it! A crackling sound as she was going in to her crate. The crate was giving her electric shocks!
After getting advice on here I realized that her fur was so static(from all the brushing) that she was getting little shocks every time she walked into the crate , poor baby.
Imediantly I brought her anti staic shampoo and conditioner and everything has been fine since.
Not sure if this is your problem but you never know.
