He is...i don't know :/
I checked a month ago and he was 7 pounds and I think he grew more. I don't want to wake him up now to weigh him. But he will be big that is for sure. But I love him. He pees outside, he has his spot now
And he pees on his peepee pads inside MOST of the time. He doesn't poop on the pads though
He poops outside MOST of the time too but he always has accidents. :/
