My dog is not obsessive about it, but she does like to mark and pretend to pee. I know what you mean about actually walking on your walk. When Morgan stops to sniff or "pee" i just give her a little tug and at the same time use Caesars "shhtt" noise. When she was a baby and was a little more obsessive about doing it i just shortened the leash so she had to walk next to me on the sidewalk and not on the grass, or i walked in the street so there was no grass. There was a lot of 'shhhtt-ing" for a few walks but eventually she got it.
