I guess I never expected professional dog handlers to ever do something like that. (Either case, leaving poor dogs in a hot van or leaving one unattnded on a grooming table). But they are people and unfortunately people don't always show the sense God gave them. I am with you, I could not entrust my babies, with anyone else either.
That must have made you nervous just watching someone leaving a poor Yorkie in a noose, unattended on a grooming table. I'd be tempted to find someone in charge to report something that dangerous, but then you couldn't walk away in case something did happen!
