I will not try to deny that perhaps you had a bad experiance with her, she runs a buisiness sometimes there are complications. If your still upset about whatever happened contact her perhaps it can be resolved.
Breeding dogs shouldn't be called "running a business." It should be a hobby, to better the breed. Right there, we can obviously see without even visiting her that she is running a puppy mill.
