Alot of mutts out there, have yet to even see a vet (There are more owners out there that do not take there animals to vets, then there are owners who do) Most mutts that are out there, are there because somebody just didnt care.. they didnt plan a breeding, they just let there dog get pregnant and figured why not just let the dog have puppies.
