That is the most horrible thing I've heard of. I feel guilty just taking my babies out to potty in the heat for a few minutes. But even then i make sure they have access to fresh water and shade. And thats for few minutes to go potty. Even if one need to go potty in the night it's hot here in Texas. MAKES ME SICK! |
