I assume your puppy is ok after receiving his shot today?
a 7 in 1 vaccine shouldn't be given to a puppy so small. It probably had lepto and corona in it which aren't needed in small dogs and can actually cause more side effects.
Your puppy was very young when he got his first vaccine so he's going to need to get a fourth vaccine in 3-4 weeks. puppy boosters are usually given 3-4 weeks apart so his vaccine today was not a week late. it was just fine. Usually the vaccine schedule is 8, 12, and 16 weeks, though some people think 8 weeks is too young now and like to do it at 9 or 10 weeks. Since yours got them his second vaccine at the time he was suppose to be getting his first i would make sure he gets a fourth in a few weeks. and make sure its only a 5 in 1. also make sure they don't give him his rabies that day. Only one vaccine per day, unless you want to get the bordatella vaccine done in intra-nasal form (this usually has no side effects).
