my yorkie has been does this every now and then when she gets excited... my chihuahua also did this for the first time today! when i came home from work they both got excited and did it at the same time!!! my vet had told me when i got my yorkie that it was common in yorkies... was super suprised to hear my chi doing it too! wonder if its small breeds?!
