I believe that most people who received a puppy with a health guarantee, and the puppy came unhealthy, would want to enforce that guarantee. Sometimes the best thing to do IS to send the puppy back if the breeder is willing to do that. You have to do what is best for you and your family as well. I certainly didn't interpret your post or your intentions as being uncaring. I am more concerned about this terrible BREEDER, and you were only trying to share your story to confirm the accusations of others.
